Polymer Clay Meeting
June's Guild Meeting
Polymer Clay Meeting

When: Monday June 9th, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Where: Sahara West Library at Grand Canyon and Sahara

It's June! It's Spring! It Feels Like Summer! WE HAVE THE BIG MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM! Let's celebrate by getting our hands on some clay this month! Rhonda will be giving us some tips on how to cover tins . So if you have an empty Altoid, gum, mint or other small tin just sitting around waiting to become beautiful, bring it along and lets recycle it into a functional piece of art! If you don't have a tin, don't worry, Rhonda has been hording tins for a few years just waiting for this demo and will be happy to give you a tin to make your very own.

If you have some tins that have already been transformed, please bring them to show and inspire everyone.

Please bring your basic tools, blades, tile, pasta machine, craft knife, two to four complementary colors of clay and some glue. If you would like you can bring texture sheets, mica powders, shape cutters or whatever you think you may like to add to your tin. If you have a sheet of clay that you have prepared with a great technique, but don't know what to do with it, this is the perfect project! Rhonda will also have supplies available for use.

Don't forget to bring projects that you have been working on to display. No one appreciates the beauty of your work like another artist! See you all on Monday June 9th!!!!

Bottles of Hope will be on the 3rd Saturday in June, the 21st.
